Dept of Culture was born out of the IYA EBA pop-up dinner series hosted by Ayo Balogun of the Council Cafe. Steeped in the belief that we share more commonalities than differences, the Department of Culture was created to explore an evening of conversation in an intimate setting, accompanied by a tasting menu inspired by the cuisine of north-central Nigeria.
